Hey peeps! It is 2013 and i do believe this will be a very good year! Along with my up coming BC coming in 5 weeks time (cant wait) i have other goals to compliment the new me! My main goals is to keep my P.I.E.S (physical, intellectual, emotional and social ) healthy and positive! So physically : gym, healthy eating ( fish at least once a week veg with every meal ) intellectually: keep my mind ticking over! Read more about hair and well being, Read books ( which i already do) finish my counselling course and do the masters etc. emotionally; well just like my counselling course teaches me and clients be in touch with YOUR emotions and not others which is hard to decipher especially if you don't know your self as yet ( which another goal). I've always said to my self when im low i start to find pieces of my real self instead of the self that is forced ( what people prefer to see of me). social catch up with friends when possible, find a hobby of some sort and join my netball team again! Hopefully everything goes down well and im very excited for the new year! Have you thought of any goals for this year? Will you keep up with them? Happy new year! -Toodles
