Too often in life we set high goals and aspire to be great people, but expect to get there with little or no effort at all. You may cut your hair today and expect healthy natural curls tomorrow, without realising there are steps to be taken as you embark on such a wonderous journey. I've done a lot of research into HAIR, period, and I have bumped into some interesting facts I wish to share with you and hopefully inspire you to start seeing your hair in a different light. For example, you may have some of us may relax our hair at some point in our life and expect long straight flowing hair. However, the effort it takes to maintain that hair that it is healthy, free flowing, long in length is soon brushed aside.

Hi guys check out my short audio story

A low budget last minute monologue. Jasmine is a sheltered slightly naive young girl who is never taken seriously. Even so, she gives people chances yet some throw her open mindedness back in her face. This is a story about different perceptions on what it means to belong and feel secure.
The opinions expressed in this are that of a fictitious character but obviously influenced by real life. Ignorance preventing comments are welcome.

I'm a University student in my final and I am creating a documentary film for my final project. It's a celebration natural hair but I also want to show how much work goes in to looking after our natural hair, I also want to show hair in transition, I've already done some filming at AfroTherapy hair salon in London but I need more.

Would anyone in or around London and Portsmouth be willing to take part?? If so please reply to this comment and we will go from there.

This project is due in March, so ideally I would like all the filming to be done by the end of February.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE help a sister out

Bukky :)

So far i haven't noticed any strange side effects, infact i have noticed less shedding and thicker strands where i usually had finer stranded hair. i use the sunny isle extra dark JBCO (it just has more ash inside than the normal version), its on the website as well as eco styler etc.
