I am blessed to have become a member and would like to share, Song of Solomon 4:1-5
4:1- oh how beautiful you are my darling, how beautiful you are! Your eyes are like doves behind your veil. Your hair is like a flock of of goats that have descended from mount gilead. 4:2- your teeth are like a flock of newly shorn ewes which have come up from their washing, all of which bear twins, and not one among them has lost her young. 4:3-your lips are likes scarlet thread, and your mouth is lovely. Your temples are like a slice of pomegranate behind your veil. 4:4-your neck is like the tower of David, built with rows of stones on which are hung a thousand shields, all the round shields of mighty men. 4:5- your two breast are like two fawns, twins of a gazelle which feed among the Lilies. And 4:7- "you are altogether beautiful, my darling, and there is no blemish in you". AMEN!!!!!

I used to believe that everything about me was wrong. I used to look in the mirror and saw a ugly funny looking person. I am so blessed that God has opened my eyes and now all I see is the beauty God has blessed me with. I am so grateful for all he has done spiritually within me. I am not perfect and make hundreds of mistakes but by grace he stays with me. He guides me and rescues me. I would not be here if God had not entered my life....

Natural Belle, thank you for sharing your testimony.  Perfect scripture reference. Since I've been a natural hair advocate and blogger, my motto has been: "love your hair, love your skin and embrace your beauty that's within." This beauty is your spirit, who you really are. We are a spirit, we have a soul and we live in a body. We were fearfully and wonderfully made. God has blessed each of us with His beauty. We must love and embrace what He has given us.
