People would need to see pics of your curls without any product,  but I have read that 3c is kinky curly hair that curls when wet and stays curled when dry, type 4a hair is curly wet but looses curl definition when dry, 4b has no curl definition wet or dry. I'm still stumped on the difference between 4b and 4c/3a and 3b
