Hello 4c natural's , I'm glad to become a member of this group. I'm interested in how to style my challenging, fine, low density hair. Looking for assistance.

Hey Michelle. I did that and now I have some heat damage. Its mainly in the front where my leave out was from my last weave. Never again. So now I have to be patient amd grow that out again. I've learned my hair doesn't love heat.

I was a natural once before but I did it all wrong and was very impatient. So i permed it. A week ago I decided to do a big chop (bc) and I never been happier in my decision with my hair. Since than I have been using Tropic Isle Living Jamaican Black Castor Oil twice a day. In my mind its working. Looking into products I read this is the best product to use for natural hair for fast hair growth.

Hey Miche,

I am so sorry to hear that. I started flat ironing this week and Im scared it may happen to me. My sister suggested that you deep condition your hair regularly. It may or may not revert back to its normal state. If it doesnt as time passes by you could trim your ends.

Hey Girls, greetings from Brazil for you!!!! I know a lot of people here like to use coconut oil, but it don't works for me. I prefer shea butter! My hair routine is simple: I just twist-out at night with water and a product to curl and in the next morning I put my shea butter and style it. So simple!!! Kisses

Regarding your question: the products that work best for me so far is, natural stuff like, virgin coconut oil, castor oil, 100% pure African Shea butter to twist up at night with. I use Giovanni direct tea tree mixed with mane and tail to co-wash or condition and Shea moisture deep penetrating masque to deep condition. My daily routine Is to just make sure I have moisture in my hair because I keep my hair in a protective twist style.
